      Learned a lot.people outside department are OK to friendly.. Consider small to medium sized enterprise

      Cons

      The management really needs to improve on how they treat people and not just think how best they can take advantage or bully staff to the max..processes very manual and boss not willing to speak up for staff.

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
