      World class car technology company with a large pool of talented and skilled employees. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the organisation, also to explore cross-functional roles.

      Cons

      Changes are often taking a longer time to take place. There is limited flexibility in working location and working hours.

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
