      Great Employee Relations. People don't blame the person, they look at the process on what's wrong.

      Cons

      Low Salary. No matter what you suggest, sometimes the Japanese managers believe they still know the right thing. Too much documentation.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
