      Pros

      Workmates are very accommodating. Population is young so it is not hard to socialize. Company is medium sized so you will have a good overview of the whole process in manufacturing. They have program for engineers to train to Japan for 6 months to 1 year.

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
