Pros
The pay is good for the work. Job security in economic down turns. Japanese structure with quality first mindset(some of the time) .
Cons
Anxiety attacks almost every day due to all the back stabbing. Lots of fake it until you make it. Promoting associates that do not need to be promoted because their friends and then nobody in management knows the basics. Lots of turn over due to bad management. Associate relations is ran by incompetent associates on a power Trip that would rather fire you than help you. Many associates came to me about being wrote up, having half their bonus taken away, and weren't explained options to cover their time that would have prevented a write up. Place is going down hill.
