      Salaries Good for youngsters as long as you are reporting to an expat Excellent training opportunities

      Cons

      Completely incapable and useless Indian senior management. They do not have the required education and capability, and only engage in finding ways to fool the expats and ensure that young talented employees do not stay long in the company. Is located really far from the main city.

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
