Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is almost on par with the rest of the industry, but job security is by far the best. The people are awesome, but mgt. leaves much to be desired.
Cons
Mgt. is starting to turn from a command and control perspective to more human approach, but they are struggling to understand that their mgt. structure is rapidly becoming obsolete. Technology is incredibly old (who uses Office 2003?) and needs a through updating.
