You get to travel, learn various supplier processes, and gain experience working for a top automotive company.
Cons
This company is completely broken. The place has many systems and policies but all of them are ineffective or completely ignored. Half of the employees don't even read or respond to emails. There is also so much red tape around everything that no wonder half of the people aren't doing their jobs. You are pretty much set up for failure the moment you walk through the door. Stay far away from this place.
