Pros
1) Just to kick start your career if you do not have any other option 2) Good place to experience lot of stress, so as to mentally shape you for future
Cons
1) Poor top management, Headed by low skilled managers & " My dad owns this company" kind of Japanese staff 2) New upcoming talent is harassed by management, "follow what Japanese say" kind of culture 3) All managers skipped Human resource management subject (what I think), So there is No Motivation 4) Engineers treated as Donkeys, dare you sit idle/relax, you will be shot by the unplanned, unnecessary jobs by the so called seniors 5) In short, Much like a school Lot of holidays working unnecessary overtime (long working hours) You are owned by then' kind of attitude God knows what is the direction of the company...!!
