Pros
- Denso is a great first job. They expose new engineers to all elements of manufacturing and throw you in head first. - If you have no idea what type of job you want, you will definitely figure it out after working at Denso. - Denso does not layoff people because of the economy.
Cons
- Denso will work new engineers into the ground. - 10 ~16 hour days for months on end without a day off is common. - All other departments rely on the engineering department for everything. They will assign engineering countless action items and head home at 5 PM with a smile on their face. - The line personal is not held accountable for their actions. If they mess something up, it's the engineers fault for not designing the machines to run off of only one button.
