      Denso is a fast growing company. They focus a lot on quality. There is also good training provided in Japan.

      Cons

      Company is own by a non United State company. The work ethic and enivronment may take some getting use to.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
