      Pros

      Great growth. Education is a priority. Social events. Great pay and incentives.

      Cons

      Lots of overtime during the up times and almost no work during downtimes. There is a small amount of racism, agism and sexism, but no more than any other workplace. Once you're name makes it into HR, it doesn't matter if you're guilty or not, you will be pursecuted until you quit or are terminated.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
