      Pros

      Treated like a real employee, not just pushing paper like other co-ops. They give you room to grow and you can take on as much as you can handle

      Cons

      This job can be demanding, the workload is different by groups. If going for a co op position GM group is where to go. A/R and Toyota co-ops tend to be overworked.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
