Company is growing and gaining business at an unprecedented rate, fantastic commission rate

Cons

Owners do not care about their employees at all. Hide COVID tests, fire employees that complain about work conditions or practices, do not put their employees above profit. Horrible benefits.

Not the only employee who can't get past six months in this rotten and horrible company!

Cons

Bullying and unfair treatment is the work culture. Management shows blatant favoritism while others were bullied! Employees who aren't in management's good graces were overworked, underpaid, and perpetually stressed and exhausted! We do all the work while others enjoy their time chatting in the break room! And while we work long hours most of the time, we also work holidays while others enjoy their paid vacation! We don't even get paid for overtime work unless approved by them! They're not only unfair but have done things that might actually be illegal!
