Pros
Decent starting point for young people just out of high school. Co-workers are friendly.
Cons
A very old company that has not changed with the times. They act as a "middle man" between consumers and computer suppliers. No sustainable strategy. Profits are above all including employee well-being. They ignore 90-day reviews, hardly give out raises and pay everyone as close to minimum wage as possible including higher tier technicians. You will quickly notice there is no opportunities for advancement. Quite often, you'll be asked to be moved to a different position or have a different role added to your job with no increase in pay. The owners are incredibly cheap and make every effort to ignore employees needs and wants.
