Pros

The big yellow machine is an exciting and fun place to work in! They offered in-house company wide training to create a strong identity for their employees. Strong values are instill and feedbacks are welcome in a safe environment. Open communication is encourage among colleagues and management. Improvements are constantly made to improve work life. Diversity is embraced.

Cons

Staff who work for a long number of years might have a slower pace in pay increment. This does not pose as a major problem as management is open in their approach. Employees showing results can always approach their immediate superiors to find out how they can achieve their work goals. There is also a rumor that once an employee leaves, they are not allowed back anymore.

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
