      DHL have good benefits and you can grow easily in the company if you work hard and prove yourself.

      Cons

      Miami hub is very disorganized, no people, no space to put the containers, management doesn't work with managers or supervisor.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
