Pros
Global company- Learned where I didn't want to work. Not much to say. Sad when I sit down to think about it.
Cons
The politics in DHL Express are down right scary. No work life balance. No tools to do your work. HR is a gossip train. Everything is not confidential. The first ones to open their mouths. Upper management is clueless, always changing policies without communicating , knows nothing about keeping complaince. EEOC needs to look into this company especially when we have government contracts. Discriminating is BIG at DHL Express. From age, nationality and disabilities. DHL Express hides behind their corporate attorneys. Mandatory overtime. It's a running joke. So glad I no longer work there.
