Great people. Majority of the people at DHL have been there over a decade. And they are genuine and truly love each other and care. And the pay is pretty good compared to the market

Use to be a great company. Use to be a good company. Now it’s just average. Culture has changed over the years. Losing too many core people and replacing them with people who don’t care about the culture of the company. And DHL isn’t up on the times. Very behind technology wise compared to the market which is probably why alot of people don’t leave the company because they can’t due to lack of transferrable skills in the job market. 7-8 years ago I would have said DHL is a company you definitely want to work for..now..I’m sure you can find better. Shouldn’t be your first choice if you have options.
