Pros
Okay health care package, 401K. If you have not worked in a while this is a place to get back in the work force.
Cons
inexperience, lazy, lack of common sense, supervisors, big turn over, applied for one position hired for another, work at all positions. Orientation they give you all of this how good it is to work for exel but do not deliever. Low pay compare to other companies and work type. Supervisors (mostly young straight out of college) know everything but really have no experience in the work force dealing with employees. This company is screaming our hourly employess need a UNION badly. Hourly employees are treated like second class to no class citizens. They say one thing, and do another. Big lack of communication, all the way around. It is sad a company this size have such a big turn over, lack of concern for there hourly employees. This is not a place as an hourly employee you would want to stay and retire from--low pay, fast pace, long hours, short to no notice of overtime, want you to understand all of there short comings and have little to NO conern for yours not at all.
