there is steady work without lay-offs.
Cons
Incompetent management..high turnover in upper management and human resources..management more concerned with the numbers that Wal-mart sees than actual in-house problems...some upper management very disrespectful toward 'associates'...management is condescending...positions can go years without cost of living raises..building is an unsafe mess...most 'associates' driven to apathy...person who stands around talking for 5 hours out of the day are paid same as hard-working people...most supervisors straight out of college don't know the job nor ever will. Again, their #1 job is fudging the numbers for Wal-mart.
