Pros

Flexible scheduling as in there is often opportunities to reduce your hours via their online time off or leave early or break off the phones based on the needs of the business

Cons

Training was 5 days, and you get put on the phones on day 2. I don't have DISH products, and it ends up being a learn as you go. I am also used to building services around customer's needs and budget, but all a customer has to say is "I'm going to DirectTv and you have to keep throwing credits at them instead of them making personal choices over their own programming. It's either DISH or Direct, so it's always throwing retention credits at them instead of somehow positioning our value or services as ideal solution to their viewing needs.

It's fantastic to hear that you feel valued through our great pay and good overall benefits package. We work hard to ensure our compensation remains competitive because we truly believe in rewarding our employees for their dedication and hard work. We recognize your point regarding the sales environment and the high pressure associated with upselling. We strive to provide all of our teams with the best training and support possible to meet business goals while still delivering excellent customer experiences. We are continuously looking for ways to refine our sales approach to make it effective yet sustainable and positive for our team members. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective with us. We value all feedback as it helps us in our ongoing efforts to foster a positive and supportive workplace.

There's a good opportunity to make GREAT money. Even the base salary is okay.

Cons

I really don't have any. Yes, there are upset people but that's business.
