Pros
-My managers have all been easy to work with, available, appreciative and supportive. -The benefits have been great, I was allowed to keep an already planned trip two months after I was hired and I have been allowed any additional time needed. Profit sharing was a wonderful surprise. They also give employees free DISH service. -I received a promotion and just started in April of 2013. -I have been given opportunities to grow my knowledge in many areas including: Siebel, Oracle, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and various other systems. -I have gained knowledge in IT language/interactions for projects/troubleshooting and I just started learning SQL queries.
Cons
-Like at any company (or interaction you have with other people) there will be drama. There was drama dating back before my time. That made learning a little harder because in addition to work you have to learn the dynamics between certain departments, to understand why you may be getting unnecessary push back.
