Pros
Got to travel to different sites in the US. Enjoyed meeting the agents from across the country who were learning how to handle partner calls. Working with Corporate training and revising the curriculum.
Cons
Bosses take credit for your work. Watch your back. They will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. If you're not a yes man/woman, be prepared to suffer the consequences. The harder you work, the less you are appreciated. Corporate Management doesn't care about their employees. Tenure means nothing. To let someone go who has DISH experience in inbound/outbound sales, tech support, retention, training, quality assurance, floor coach, management, and more after 14 years proves management needs to reevaluate their work ethic. To be told yes we have a transfer position for you to relocate, which I was willing to do, and to find out your last day of work it isn't happening also proves management doesn't care. If they like you, you're golden. If not, you never know when your day will come. To live in fear of walking into work and wondering if today is the day is NOT a good way to start your day. Hoping your boss, who is in another site, leaves you alone is not good either. Micromanaging people is not the way to go. If you aren't sleeping with a member of the management team, you're not a team player.
