Pros

There are none other than maybe good equipment.

Cons

1. When Coaches do reviews they have to give you a negative needs improvement so they can tell you that you should have said such and such. Basically, the same thing you said except using their spin. 2. The benefits are not as good as your lead to believe. 3. No matter what you do or how well you do it, it will never be good enough to qualify getting a well deserved raise. 4.It's basically a college/high school dorm you have your cliques

they give free food twice a month

Cons

horrible company, by month 5 i was the most tenured person on my team. we also were required to try and sell to families of people who were deceased instead of cancelling their account. then came starlink. i was never paid for any of my starlink sales or my referral bonus. micromanagement is a huge issue as well and if you cancel more then 2 accounts you essentially get put in time out to stop you from making money for the day. overall the worst large company of this size i have ever worked for. churn and burn type job as you will see they are always hiring.
