Incredibly supportive environment. I get to work remotely indefinitely. We get huge monthly bonuses just for doing a good job, everyone is really kind and friendly, and CS reps get to make a commission. We are trained well and paid for that training, receive holiday pay, and they love to promote from within. I have no complaints. Cushiest job ever.

Lots of angry and impatient customers, especially during the busy season. It may not be for the faint of heart. I definitely struggle some days to maintain my composure, but having such supportive leads and coworkers along with the pay and incentives more than makes up for it.

Very kind and knowledgeable managers, bonus structure was pretty good, multiple week training with pay. Folks tried to keep things engaging with occasional games like bingo in the office. If you work in the CS department you only have to work Monday through Friday, and my request to be remote full time was granted immediately after I had been there around 6 months.

This is a call center job, nothing more nothing less. There can be room for advancement, but you get what you get to a certain extent. The customers can be extremely upsetting, was told by multiple people to go f*%# myself, was told worse by others. Your job is to basically be a sounding board for upset folks, and provide what little information you can.
