Pros
Great corporate structure and internal resources were a big plus. Huge company with an extensive global reach which helped to made the products competitive. IT and infrastructure was continually be updated. Opportunity for work in other states and countries were abundant.
Cons
Poor team attitude. Incompetence was prevalent on the local level. No real education requirements so higher functioning employees were at a disadvantage for communication. Danish employees seem to get special treatment. Complaints rarely get addressed.
