      Pros

      The only pro i would say is that you work from 8:30 to 4:30.

      Cons

      management doesnt care about employees some are rude to staff and customers. pay sucks and the work load is for 3 full-time people not 1. DSV expects you to work over 40 hours without paying for OT. Training suck. No since of direction. If you are friends with management you can do what you want. This place is a revolving door.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is not consistent and often promotes on friendship rather than operations knowledge. Zero culture and extremely negative treatment of the team.
