Pros
A very dynamic work environment in which a lot can be learnt in a short period of time. Many people stick around for a very long time. Knowledge of business and IT is on a high level.
Cons
As said; growing and maturing. Which means that acquired companies and new clients create some stress. The fact that DSV is maturing helps, but sometimes creates more stress.
