Pros
DSV is a dynamic and energetic company. Very flat organization, management and operational staff are very close. DSV has a very open culture. There are opportunities to develop yourself, however you have to be a self starter.
Cons
There are not many procedures, which means not every offices is similar developed and has different available knowledge. The right information is sometimes difficult to find, because only a few procedures are described.
