Pros
Good Working environment ( @ LHR ) - Good management Structure , always feel supported and that goes along way imho . Staff in the Ops teams are very stable and knowledgeable. The Company as a whole are very good with training needs especially in IT . The Company continues to grow through Acquisitions and have firm plans to take over the world......
Cons
Bonus' time is very disappointing. The average of 1 -2 % pay rises paid , does not reflect the great results the hard-working staff deserve. Annoys me that the slackers / time watchers are paid the same bonus as the staff who go the extra mile. There are numerous cliques of people who comes from different companies that have been bought over the years. Company is vastly more Corporate now that it was 2 years ago.
