Paid higher base salaries, have a good pipeline of new products to launch over the next 3-5 years and the ability to get promoted.
Cons
Many new positions or promotions being obtained from outside of the company, limited and hard to attain sales goals with certain products and not supporting the outside sales force with samples or promo materials on all existing products.
