Pros
They have me my break into pharma, and for that I am grateful.
Cons
Very low starting salary as compared to other pharma companies. The management I had was very discriminative towards women, but treated the men like royalty. I worked there for almost 3 years and went through 3 restructures. Poor pipeline of products.
