Pros
Great benefits and pay, easy bonus structure - simply beat previous quarter sales bonus paid only on growth, no quota stress no goal stress, company car without limit to personal use and free gas, generous phone allowance, free mifi, laptop, ipad, good expense account, corp. amex, office supplies provided, car wash allowance is generous, storage unit paid, terrific resources to order on your own day to day depends on your manager, definitely a plus to have good teammates who work hard and collaborate great incentives and contests and the Hawaii trip every year for the top 10% is fantastic
Cons
No product pipeline for primary care, NOTHING United States CEO has a financial background and represents himself horribly, I don't trust him Physician offices and hospitals systems are more and more closed off to reps, insurance companies dictate everything the physician can do so they don't care to talk to us very often, need larger territories and better managed care Crappy teammates can be draining, a micro manager is annoying, this company just had to go ahead and try all the things big pharma tried and dumped, bonus structure always changes but paid for growth stays same, product weighting changes mid stream and back again, had lay offs in 2010 and again now 2-11-2013
