      Pros

      Very laid back atmosphere, but also accountable. Easy to sell the products because they sell themselves and save peoples lives.

      Cons

      The bonus/compensation structure isn't up to industry standards. A lot of changing of territory footprints and areas of business. Continuity is hard to come by.
