Good company for lower level/not good for middle People Managers - Director Daiichi Sankyo Employee Review

Senior Management only cares for lower level employees. If you are a mid-level People Manager, forget about promotions. They continue to ignore inhouse talent and keep filling Senior level positions with people from outside. If you are happy with staying at the same level, this is your company! However, if you are looking to move up the ladder, this is not the best place. Only the select few 1% of most favored to Management are often spot-lighted and promoted. Way too much favoritism in the US branch.
