      I've worked to Daiichi Sankyo at the Brazilian affiliate. It has a good enviroment, the company is presenting positive growth in the past years.

      Cons

      The company presents a very slow decision process and it is high risk averse, leading to a very traditional style of doing business. Lack of innovation.
