Pros
My DM in the southeast is a brilliant angel who does everything that she can to make our team successful. The training team is great and there seemed to be a genuine desire to teach.
Cons
That being said... Upper management is heartless. Our livelihood is in the hands of the few that only look out for themselves. No matter the strides that are taken within each area by its leaders. No one is safe from spontaneous "realignments".
