This company is not for those who aren't prepared for being emotionally and mentally abused by people managers. HR and Sr Directors cater to the hierarchy of the management. I've experienced exceptional performance reviews only to receive poor performance reviews without justification. Only people with advanced degrees will qualify for any role over an A.D. I've seen, and have experienced the company trying to "push out" the employees that don't keep quiet.
