Pros

Part of NCH, which is the parent company. If you can work for them great. If not I would advice against working for DANCO. It has some good people working for them but the newer hires just leave after 1 year.

Cons

No career advancement. The company is fairly small, and most of their business relies on big box retailers. The biggest negative is that it has some pretty toxic managers that have some serious mental health issues. It's like a revolving door culture and HR , is always on the side of the managers, even if they know they borderline on some unethical behavior. Some managers won't hesitate to lie to your face, record your conversation, all to use them to their advantage. Also, their salaries are in the low end of the range and don't expect any significant salary increases. They also have pretty average benefits.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule with Monday/Friday remote. Decent benefits and flexible work schedule.

Cons

You will end each day more tired than you started off. There has been an increase in layoffs over the last couple years and one person can be responsible for MANY hats now. Everyone is stressed and beyond over worked. A LOT of pressure from the top down and its creating a toxic work environment for everyone. There is a severe lack of communication between departments and exec teams. There is only ONE team that has always worked well and its the CSR team. You can try to implement ways for teams to better communicate and be organized but no one will respect it enough to keep to it and will revert back to prioritizing themselves.
