Pros
I joined the company few months ago, The transition to the new job went smooth and altough there is a lot of new information and tasks I feel that I can always count on the managers and colleagues. I have been given a huge level of trust and have been empowered to take ask questions, express my opinion and take responsibility for the tasks and projects. Thumbs up for Janne Kaskinen for beeing a great manager.
Cons
NOt a big con, rather a point that is good to be aware of. Danfoss is a big organization which means some decisions does not belong to you or even your department. It is a matrix of dependencies that at least at the begining might be difficult to navigate in.
