Pros
Perhaps the strongest asset in Danfoss' itinerary, is the employee mindset. I haven't yet met a single colleague who doesn't think on a more abstract level when going about their daily work. People go beyond their ordinary tasks and push themselves further, ensuring the well-being of not only their immediate work environment but also anyone else who might be sitting miles down the business processes. This is the core of Danfoss, and it's like a drug! Once you get a feel for how it is to be treated with consideration and thought, you WILL get addicted to it!
