Pros
A large enterprise that feels like a cozy family-owned company still. Great employee benefits. International locations, many opportunities for career advancement, or change. Company cares about employees, programs to look after employees' health, mental health, stress level, personal economy, family relationships. High ethical standards worldwide, highly respected internationally. Donates to many local projects, organisations, sports teams, schools, etc. Not as bureaucratic or hierarchical as most other companies of the same size.
Cons
For people who are not used to open discussions with senior managers, or who do not work by their own initiative, but need a boss who tells them exactly what to do, it can be difficult to understand the company culture.
