      For those for seek challenges, the flat organisation with limited boundaries offer plenty of options. Strong values and still a family owned business that puts faith in its staff

      Cons

      Complex divisional structure can on occasion seem confusing. On senior level this causes some political infights but no more than you will find in any org this size

      Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
