Pros

Nice office buildings and facilities but almost 20 years in company it is disappointing to see how far this company has declined compared to the past. What once had potential has now turned into a workplace with deep structural and cultural problems.

Cons

It is disappointing to see how far this company has declined compared to the past. What once had potential has now turned into a workplace with deep structural and cultural problems: Extremely poor top management – disconnected, lacking vision, and unable to provide stability. Constant reorganizations – structures change every 1–2 years, adding confusion instead of clarity. Strategy without execution – corporate-level “visions” exist, but there is no practical leadership to carry them out. Broken promises – commitments are often made and rarely kept. KPI obsession – numbers matter far more than people, leading to a toxic, pressure-driven environment. Encouraged dishonesty – employees feel forced to manipulate results to hit targets, and management tolerates (even rewards) this behavior. Declining product quality – varies by product family, but in many cases extremely poor, with the company unwilling to stand behind what it sells. Stress pushed onto employees – when things fail, staff bear the full weight with little to no support. No psychological safety – speaking up is unsafe and often punished, creating fear instead of trust. Worsening culture – morale drops year after year, turnover is high, and transparency is minimal. Poor communication – decisions are made behind closed doors, with little regard for employees’ perspectives. Erosion of integrity and values – innovation and collaboration are stifled by fear, favoritism, and short-term thinking.

Pros

Good work-life balance, decent PTO and benefits, friendly coworkers

Cons

Slow moving in central IT function, many decisions are made by committee, which slows the process way down. Compensation is below average. I have received promotions every 1-2 years for the last 5 years, but advancement in compensation has been very poor. At best it took 10 months to receive a 10% raise commensurate with my promotion. On the worse end, I received almost no salary increase despite my manager, their manager and their manager (our department head) approving the proposed raise.
