- amazing earning and growth potential. Most of the negative reviews on here will be from people who just didn't cut it and weren't able to benefit from the amazing commission opportunity. Don't get me wrong, you have to work hard, and they want the best, but the company supports you all the way and when you win, you can really win big! - quick progression - if you're good, they will recognize it and give you opportunities you just don't get elsewhere. The comments about inexperienced management might be fair but they have support from training and the senior management so for me a young, dynamic management who have literally just been in your shoes, is a good thing. It gives me something to aim for, and soon! I'll take that any day! - the product is amazing and if you can't sell it, I'm not sure why??!! - management are really listening to their staff, they respond to feedback and you can talk to anyone, even senior management
