The company truly gives you the opportunity for rapid progression. The culture is to promote internally and as such the leaders in the business are fully of energy, impressive at a young age, and given large levels of responsibility. Top earners can make between 200-300k per year in their 2nd/3rd years. The tech is genuinely exceptional and loved by customers. The tech delivery team are similarly impressive.
Cons
With the rapid growth comes significant pressure. There are high expectations and the targets can seem relentless. Support is absolutely there if you need it but being driven/autonomous is important to succeed here. The lack of external hiring into management can make 'Darktrace Centric' views on process too common. However it has been encouraging to see management training improving considerably in recent months.
