Cons
Did not pay me out my commission owed and ignored my requestss for commission statements Micromanagement and general lack of professionalism, including on middle management; accounts allocated unequally in a way that felt very much like favouratism and encouraged (or even celebrated) rawdogging prospect outreach No genuine line of career-development outside of Business Development and Sales, even if you possess the skillset to work in another department Office badly equipped with chairs that would even make a dining chair look ergonomic, same goes for broken sockets, lack of option for desktop set-up ect. I could not even get a mouse to work with. Internal processes are generally very unorganized and volatile; there was a lack of up-to-date material, and often times only in English, which is difficult working in European markets. Similarly, commission rules and structured were changed on a regular basis and left for a lot of grey-zones. It was commonly accepted that commission would not be awarded upon successfully connecting a client but had to be clawed back through a number of bureaucratic hurdles.
