Pros
The job was really cool at times because students saw you as a mentor and allowed you the opportunity to help them develop their work further.
Cons
A lot of hours alone monitoring. This can be good or bad depending on how you use it. Another con was that we just had 40 hours off (PTO) for the entire year.
