- Good benefits - Exclusive resources available to the school to due its stature - Good work/personal life balance
Cons
- Lack of a sense of community - Lack of an established performance review system - Due to academic environment, lack of proper management at critical levels - Some basics needed for a commuting workforce are lacking (i.e. parking capabilities are limited and recently became 3 times more expensive than they used to)
